Final details are now in place for PM2007, this Sunday 19th August at the
Hercules Hall in Portmeirion, in aid of Ty Gobaith Children's Hospice. A
small number of tickets remain - more details on how to book at
http://www.theunmutual.co.uk/pm2007.htm.
It is with some sadness we announce that due to ill health, Jack Lowin is
now unable to attend. However, we are delighted to announce that Tony
Sloman, Film Librarian on 13 episodes of "The Prisoner" will now be
attending, along with our other special guest Earl Cameron.
The timetable for the event is now online and includes interviews with both
guests, plus interviews with authors Rob Fairclough, Fiona Moore, and Alan
Stevens. The new book "Fall Out" will be launched, and there will be a
special presentation on the forthcoming Network DVD release of "The
Prisoner".
Screenings include the 2007 BBC2W documentary "On Show - Portmeirion", the
1959 McGoohan play "This Day in Fear", the "Danger Man" episode "Deadline",
and behind the scenes "Prisoner" production footage.
As well as a charity auction and raffle, displays, merchandise offers, and a
guided tour of Portmeirion, the event closes with Earl Cameron & Tony Sloman
reunited on stage for an exclusive commentary for the episode "Schizoid
Man".
